Tohru Honda, a high school girl, lives alone in a tent after losing her only family member, her mother. However, she had set up her tent on the grounds owned by the ancient and venerable "Soma" family. Tohru, whose housekeeping skills are acknowledged by Shigure Soma, comes to live with Yuki Soma, the school's "Prince Charming," and Kyo Soma who considers Yuki to be his enemy. But Tohru doesn't know that the Soma family is bound by a "curse" that's been around for hundreds of years.
