One day after school, Naoto Hachioji, a simple spectacle-wearing boy, had his self-made manga read by a super "sadistic" junior in the library where he occasionally dropped by. Nagatoro is the name of the girl who is teasing him incessantly as he desperately tries to maintain his sanity! Hachioji spends a sleepless night thinking about how "a girl, who is my junior, made me cry...!!" From the next day, he finds himself strangely involved with her. But there is a part of him that doesn't hate it...
