Approaching their graduation, three junior high school girls pledge to be friends for eternity. Suddenly, LUCE finds a strange fairy named MOKONA and the tantalizing trio learn that the castle Cefiro is descending to earth with evil beings preparing to invade the planet.
As Guru Clef from Cefiro is explaining the situation to the girls, a cat-shaped evil invader, ALCYONE attacks LUCE. To defend herself, LUCE unleashes her lion shaped genie of flame LEXUS in what ensues to be an all out battle to save the earth.

Despite LUCEs brave efforts, the castle Cefiro descends to earth and LUCE and LEXUS become confined by a magic swordsman, LANTIS.
Granted the legendary powers of ovum, ANEMONE disappears from MARINE and Guru Clef. A new enemy named ASCOT emerges and attacks MARINE. The three girls face endless challenges and the key to overcome their ordeals is to recollect memories of two years ago. MARINE operates the genie of water CERES, while ANEMONE with the aide of her bird-shaped genie WINDOM confronts and triumphs over the lobster-shaped evil invader, ASCOT. At last, lurking somewhere the most powerful enemy is waiting for all three genies to make his day!!!

The legendary genies of the dragon shaped CERES and bird shaped WINDOM launch an assault against the lobster shaped evil invader ASCOT. However, ASCOT seems to possess extra special powers as he never loses power nor weakens in battle. The genie of the three legendary powers RAYEARTH is needed to defeat him.
The three girls are surprised to hear the secret of the master of castle Cefiro, Princess EMERAUDE by the wounded Clef. Following suit, the trio are held in captivity by the little brother EAGLE. What will be waiting for them as these three charming junior high school girls learn the last and yet the most important lesson just before their graduation?
