The story takes place five years after Lupin and the crew have escaped from Japan. Jigen, Goemon, and Fujiko who are all living their lives in leisure across the world, receive an invitation to attend a reunion. Lupin and the crew reunite on the luxury liner Sirloin. However, this is a trap by a vengeful Mister X, who is hell-bent on getting his revenge against Lupin! The conflict with Inspector Zenigata heats up as the inspector transfers to the ICPO, and Lupin and the crew embark on a new adventure!
