NORAMIMI

Noramimi, a self-proclaimed Kaminari Kozo (Lightning Kid), has not found a family with children to live with and is freeloading at the Hello Kids branch office #59. With the new employee Handa as his pal, he helps around the Agency while cursing his fate today as well. The Agency is almost always visited by mascots who have fake names, altered appearances, or by mysterious beings like a little girl who has not lived in a household with children even once. Noramimi will grow slowly through his encounters and farewells with such mascots and interactions with the people at the Agency.
