Inmates on the death row from high security prisons all over the world have escaped simultaneously, and each one only has one thought in mind-to finally taste defeat. This is Synchronicity. After gaining their freedom, the five men, Speck, Dorian, Sikorsky, Hector Doyle, and Ryūkō Yanagi come to Tokyo. They will go up against Kaioh Retsu, Kaoru Hanayama, Doppo Orochi, Gōki Shibukawa, and Baki Hanma. Thus, the battle between the cruel, chaotic death-row inmates and the martial artists will begin!
