Lupin and the crew end up in New York following the clues to Babylon's treasure. When they return to the hotel after messing around with Zenigata, they find an old acquaintance, grandma Rosetta, waiting for them. She tells them the legend of Babylon. Meanwhile, mafia boss Marciano, who controls New York, is also looking for the treasure of Babylon. A battle royal ensues between Lupin and his crew, the mafia, and Zenigata's group of beautiful ICPO officers to find the ruins of Babylon. Who will find the treasure?
